Here's how it works:

1. Complete the Emergency Service Request Form below.
2. Upon completion of the form, you will be directed to submit a payment of $200, the minimum charge for Emergency Service.
3. Upon completion of your payment, we will dispatch a technician to your location.
4. We will contact you to confirm the dispatch, and estimate the technician's time of arrival.
5. Technician will resolve your issue, and get you back up and working.
6. We will send you a completed invoice for the service, and request any additional payment if necessary.
