Service Area

Our service area is the northern Collin and southern Grayson county areas, including the cities of Anna, Melissa, Van Alstyne, Howe, Westminister, Blue Ridge, Weston, Celina, and northern McKinney. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding our service area.

Rates and Payment

Our standard service rate is $55 / hr billed in 15 minute increments. We never charge a trip fee. Because many of our services can take several hours to complete, we do have rate "caps" for these services. We believe you should not be penalized for work that takes longer than usual, and our technicians should not be rushed into possibly completing a job unsuccessfully in order to save you money.

Most of our service calls are completed in under 2 hours and cost an average of $85.

More savings are available by taking advantage of our service agreements. Call us for more information.

We currently accept personal or business checks, and can also accept credit cards via PayPal. Existing home office or small business customers in good standing can take advantage of our "Bill me" program.
